The AI Work Lab exists to help experienced professionals rethink how work gets done. Each month, we come together to explore real business challenges, identify workflow bottlenecks, and discover practical ways AI can improve decision-making, productivity, and business performance.

The AI Work Lab meets once a month in a collaborative online session designed for community leaders, semi-retired, and professionals who want to apply AI to meaningful work.
Each session follows a simple, practical format:

We begin with a brief look at one important AI or business development that can influence how organizations work, make decisions, or create value.
2. Your Real-World Challenges
Participants bring a current project, workflow, decision, or business challenge. These become the focus of our discussion.
3. Collaborative Problem Solving
Together, we explore where AI can reduce friction, streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and create leverage. The conversation draws on both AI capabilities and the experience of the group.
4. Practical Next Steps
Before the session ends, each participant identifies one practical action to implement before we meet again.
This isn't about mastering every AI tool or chasing the latest trend.
It's about making meaningful improvements—one workflow, one decision, and one business challenge at a time.
